How do you know which plan to choose?

Depending on your goals, one plan will be more tailored to you than another. Schedule a video call with me and we'll review your goals together.

How is payment made?

You can pay by debit or credit card through the website. Once payment is made, you will receive a receipt via the email address you provided.

Can I pay in installments?

You can pay in installments from PayPal or Secura.

Will food always be the same?

Nutrition will always be tailored to each individual based on goals, fitness level, allergies, and intolerances.

Competition advisors should keep in mind that nutrition may become monotonous and that greater effort will be required due to the established goals.

How long does it take to send me the initial plan?

Once all the necessary information has been received, plans will be created and sent within the next 24-72 hours (business days).

Do you have the possibility of doing in-person reviews?

All premium rates offer the option of in-person checkups.
